Although I booked about 4 weeks in advanced and requested a nice table, they tried to give us a shitty table which was facing a wall. We also received very unprofessional and unacceptable attitude from a waiter when we complained… Afternoon tea itself was nice with great tea selection. It would have been better if they provided a bit more savoury food.

Overall, their service level is extremely poor for a five star hotel in Japan, and frankly there are better options for afternoon tea in Tokyo. You can use the lounge for drinks only they have a nice selection of tea including a few non caffeinated herbal teas.
