U Bar and Tavern on Camac have stopped serving Yuengling, and canceled all future orders for the lager, both bars confirmed. Brian Sims told Metro Thursday. He led the charge first on Facebook, calling on bar owners to stop serving the brew in a fired-up post. Then, he started making phone calls.

Yuengling, both the fifth-generation scion and the brewery that bears his family name, are no strangers to political controversy.
