Your guide to the best espresso martinis in metro Phoenix

Very nice and easy atmosphere, and all those friendly Texan boys! Anyone have a favourite bar recommendation for Wellington NZ or Sydney? Does anyone know AZ88 in Scottsdale? Not quite a bar, but a fab place! Packed with young Irish lads and great music and 'craic', as we say at home. NYC: I heard it through the grapevine that the Townhouse was closed down several months ago.

Stella's, of course, has been gone for a while to be replaced by some breeder place "Encore"; closed, also, is that place La Fleurs, which used to be Cats and is now some Irish pub - - can you say "Uncle Charlies"? Here Lounge is the sister no pun intended bar of G's in New York. Does anyone have any info on Here Lounge? I have checked the web site and it seems quite nice.

I assume above is not referring to the Townhouse in NYC as it is going very bar. Indeed, they have installed a wide screen TV on the lower level and have Broadway musical movie night every Monday. Also, the Townhouse in NYC now uses large martini glasses -- and you know a gay man is nothing without a good prop!

Hate to admit I'm sitting here at the computer in my office a couple of blocks from the Danube - I live in Budapest now - and crying reading about places I used to go when I first came out. That said, I'm surprised some of my old favorites have yet gay appear. Long gone but San Francisco: The AmbushScott's pretty sure of the name, friendly neighborhood dive round the corner from Duboce Park where Sanchez startsand of course The Balcony.

Gotta run but I'll add some more tomorrow.
